"But you guys cannot say me, that i can't play a game, when my laptop is eventually not strong enough. "
Yes we can... There is nothing wrong with the 'system' .
You can't play the game because your Intel HD 520 is not up to the task.
Forza is MS's Win10/DX12 poster boy (a bug riddled poster boy, apparently), and it's minimum specks are high.
Some games have lower minimum requirements than others (even when their highest settings are very demanding),
and some games do not run on Integrated graphics ... Period (generally due to there being no dedicated VRAM ).
- Some games will still install and run like a slide show, but 'modern' games are more likely to not run at all (other than splash,
and setup screens, and intro FMV), if minimum specs are not met.
Comparing Project Cars to Forza Horizon 3 is like comparing apples with oranges.
Project Cars minimum requirements ...
- Processor: 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400, 3.0 GHz AMD Phenom II X4 940.
- Memory: 4 GB RAM.
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 260, ATI Radeon HD 5770.
- DirectX: Version 9.0.
[Edit: Minor Oops... Had recommended specs instead of minimum for Froza ]
Froza 3 Minimum requirements ...
- CPU: i5 4460 @ 3.2GHz. ****
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 760
- VRAM: 2GB.
- RAM: 8GB
[Back again. Just found myself checking the minimum at the MS Store -
cpu - i5 3570 @3.4GHz, w/ Nvidia GTX750ti (just a tad less powerful than the GTX 760)
- You may find the game benchmarks in the review below useful as a general guide for extrapolating the fps results to
other games with similar system requirements.

- Some knowledge of older hardware benchmarks is also helpful...
eg - Nvidia GTX 260 was a mid range card at the time of release, around 2010.
GTX 760 is the same model in the series, but was released early 2014, and is far more more powerful than the GTX260.
EDIT: Another comparison you may find illuminating - Passmark scores....
- HD 520 = 833
- GTX260 = 1131
- GTX760 = 4941
