Ok I think I may have figured out what is going on. I had to reinstall my video drivers and that has seemed to fix the issue. I did a reboot and  started edge and no errors for a few hours now. This also fixed my issue in internet explorer. The warpjitsvc is a renderer .

EDIT well I thought it helped but the error came back the next day. Still trying to figure this one out.

I am no longer getting these messages since running all the trouble shooters in update and security and reinstalling all the proprietary drivers from dell

Will try these. Here is the message I recieved from microsoft about this .The article was a year old.I have found this issue goes clear back to xp from searching on the internet. It seems microsoft does not seem particularly interested in this error and it is implied from others that it can be safely ignored. I also have a Dell so I will reinstall Dell drivers to my computer. I will also run the troubleshooters. Thanks for your reply Thomas.

    Microsoft

Event ID 7034 usually occurs when the computer shut down incorrectly or if the way user services shuts down in Service Control Manager changed. To resolve this issue, the workaround is to close all open applications and connections before shutting down or restarting the system. For further details, you may visit this article.

    My answer to this.

This does not happen on shutdown. I never leave programs open at shutdown. It happens when edge browser is opened. I have been trying to figure it out and watch event viewer when programs are opened  so I can see what is going on . I  thought I solved it with updating display drivers as the issue went away but the issue returned with the most recent update KB4058043 on Dec.16th.There are a few other posts here with users having the same issue. It is also happening on startup. No problem just won't use edge. I also do not shut down any services . All are on their default settings. Also on the post you sent me to I see it is dated Jan 1 2017 and that you are working on the issue. It is nearly a year later. Better work harder.

When I install the Nvidia driver package, I do a Custom Setup: select clean install; and driver only. I uncheck everything else including Experience, 3D, and PhysX. Installing 3D will cause Warp to Warp.

Whenever I install a new graphics card, I run Windows 10 Pro in Safe Mode (no networking); and run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) Software, (Bing Search for download link). DDU will cleanup AMD, Intel, and Nvidia drivers.

I resolved the error by Disabling warpjitsvc in Services.msc.  It appears to have stopped the Event errors associated with warpjit and ACG.  I have had it disabled since 12/17/2017.  I have not noticed anything unusual, since I  disabled the service.  None of my PCs run at warp speeds anyway.

I don't use 3D, Direct3D 10, Direct3D 10.1, or Direct3D 11 or DirectX 11 or 12. No games are played on the PCs which got the error. My gaming PC doesn't get the error. Somebody at Microsoft has a Warped sense of humor.
