It appears that your wireless driver is either installed incorrectly or not yet installed.
Go to Device manager, uninstall it, then restart to let your system install it again.
- Click on the Start globe (bottom left)
- type device into the text bar that pops up
- Click on Device Manager
- Click the tiny arrow on the left of Network adapters
- Right-click on the wireless device
- Choose uninstall
- Restart.
If you do not see a wireless device in the list of network adapters, you have not yet installed the driver for it. Go to the support web site for your computer and download, then install the driver.
