Windows10 Email listing loads but when I click on a email the screen goes blank and does not load
emails won't download from server
I am having trouble with Outlook Express 6.0. I use a desktop using XP. I also use the newer Windows Mail on my laptop using Vista. When I travel, I download emails into my Windows Mail on the laptop, but tell it to leave the messages on the server so I can download them to my desktop when I return home. Lately, I have been having trouble getting the email to download onto my home computer. I still get the emails fine on the laptop. I also tried switching identities on the same computer to my wife's email. We both use Comcast. I was able to download her emails fine. When I try to down load emails, I might get one or two messages, and then an error like the following: An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133. Can anyone tell me why I am having this problem? Thanks, Mark

2016-10-26T17:31:17+00:00 have tried several wys of getting in but have not succeeded. my wife gets Comcast.net on both her phone and computer---we took it to the computer store and they said we have to call the Chicago Comcast offices for support -----called they can't help and transferred me to another department where I waited and waited and finally was cut off both times. please I need my computer with my emails to work. I also have a Hotmail.com mail address and that is fine.
