Windows 10 Will Not Connect to Bluetooth Headphones
I'm trying to connect my Bose QuietComfort 35 but when I try to add new bluetooth device I get the error "Couldn't connect. Try connecting again."
So far I have tried:
- Updating and reinstalling bluetooth drives
2) Updating Bose headphone drivers
- Enabling "Allow bluetooth devices to find this PC"
- Enabling and restarting Bluetooth Support Service and Bluetooth Handsfree Service
- Going to Device and Printers, adding a new device, selecting Bose QuietComfort 35
- Running the troubleshooter for both Bluetooth and Hardware and Devices
Nothing so far nothing has worked. Is there another solution that I've missed?

2017-12-06T22:26:25+00:00 That's strange because I was actually able to connect and use the headphones just fine a few months ago then they suddenly stopped working, same drivers same everything. Wasn't due to any update or anything, one day they just wouldn't connect anymore.
Bluetooth works for transferring files between my Galaxy S8+ and my Macbook Pro so I didn't think the bluetooth itself is broken and the headphones connect fine to other PCs and my phone.
Thank you for the help anyways.

2017-12-06T22:13:10+00:00 Please be advised, this system is not listed as compatible with Windows 10:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/sl...
That might be a factor why.
There are not Windows 10 native drivers listed either:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/produ...
I only see drivers for Windows 8.1 and earlier.
You might have to downgrade:
