    this error showed on my screen after updating Win10, since then I haven't been able to install anything in my computer, iTunes, photo scanner and I can't do any updates.

    What is the cure please?

    Well this error is also reflected when Microsoft Security Essentials is also updating Definitions, and it causes the same exact error, Microsoft usually Last resort recommendation of Reinstall the Entire OS to fix the problem because of possible problems with File System issues and File Corruption that is usually never documented in the logs, and when I tried to fix this, it deleted one of my Services and had to reinstall one of the problems, Microsoft needs to address the issues more with error 0x80070643.
