Open Control Panel
Go to Network and Sharing - Change Adapter Settings
Right click your WiFi Adapter, choose properties
Click Internet Protocol (IPv4) and click Properties
At the bottom, you can set the DNS Server Address

At the bottom, you can set the DNS Server Address
Open Start > Settings > Network & Internet
Scroll down to the bottom then click Network and Sharing Center
Under Control Panel Home, click Change adapter settings
Right click your network adapter
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4
Click Properties
Select 'Use the following IP address: and enter your IP address.
You can then select 'Use the following DNS server addresses' then enter the address.
