Click your Start Button, type cmd
Right click the resulting command Prompt in the list and choose 'Run as Administrator'

I need to run ipconfig on a Win 10 PC, and haven't figured out how to bring up a 'DOS box'.

Right Click Start>Command Prompt(admin) and type in ipconfig /all
