Forza Horizon 3 Online does not work for me

Hi,

I am playing Forza Horizon 3, basically in single player mode, seen i can't connect with friends.

If I try to get into a online session (freeroam, adventure, horizon groupe,.....) it doesn't want to connect me.

I keep getting the messing "Can't connect to the Live servers......" followed by some support ID, server ID and some location search.

Seen location says (0 locations), i have a feeling the Forza servers can't "see" me.

If I do a network search on Xbox Live, all seems fine :

* internet : connected

* Xbox Live : active and working

* serverconnectivity : connected

I've already tried several solutions, which i found on the forums, utube,........  :

* uninstall / reinstall teredo tunnel....

* disable teredo adapter

* disabled / uninstalled anti-virus

* portforwarding on the router, opened the ports the game needs,......

* .......

None of it all works and i still can't get online with my friends

Anyone here got other ideas or even better : the solution ?

    UPDATE :

    It seems to be something with either the Microsoft Store or Xbox Live app.

    I can't join an Xbox Party through the app either.

    I tells me i have insufficient privileges, if I want to join a party with friends.

    I am playing on PC, which doesn't require Xbox Live Gold to play online, so what's with the insufficient privileges ?

    I have talked to a person from Xbox support now, but he's trained for console and can't help me much, just my luck :)

    Hi,

    There's nothing wrong with my internet in general.

    I can play all games without any issues and all online with friends.

    I've posted this same thread in the Forza forums about 6h ago, but seen you need moderator approval there, my post isn't even shown up there and it is full of posts like mine. Seems the forza support is not that great, that's why i came here.

    This is the first time I get an Microsoft/Xbox game with online features.

    I've played Forza Motorsport 6 Apex (test trial for PC gaming from Forza), but that was an offline game.

    My PC has auto-updating for most programs, so i am running the latest version of programs, drivers,.......

    I've also disabled the Ipv6 connection in my network center now, hoping that would solve it, but no luck, still no online gaming.

    As for the troubleshooter : it doesn't find any problems

    Hi Dave. I'm Greg, a volunteer installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

    There is a link in your first screenshot to Forza Support Forums along with information they want you to give them there. Are you able to connect to their forums to do this? That would be your most direct Support for this problem.

    Update your network adapter from the PC or adapter's Support Downloads webpage.

    Run the Internet, Network Adapter and Hardware troubleshooters at Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot.
