2014-12-26T08:24:43+00:00 hi,
i had a problem with that too, i made sure it didnt exceed the storage or length, but still no luck, i updated to the new itunes and pretty much tried everything, i then changed one of the songs as i believe if you try to burn it over a certain amount of times it dosent work, so the things the try are...
- make sure it does not exceed limit of storage or length
- make sure there are no purchased songs from the itunes store
- update itunes
- change a song (worked for me)
hope this helped, good luck!

2013-01-15T03:05:34+00:00 Hi,
Thank you for posting the query in Microsoft community!
From the problem description I understand that, you receive error The attempt to burn disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4450) while using CD/DVD.
Did you make any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
If you are using iTunes then, refer the links
Method 1: ****Run the fix it and check.
Fix problems with CD or DVD drives that can’t read or write media

Method 2:
Try to reduce the burning speed or use a different program to burn the disc and check if it helps.
In iTunes
a. Go to 'Edit' and go to 'Preferences'.
b. Go to 'Advanced' and then go to 'Burning' and then click on the drop-down box next to 'Preferred Speed'.
c. This is where you will find the option to reduce the speed from 'Maximum Possible' to something else, like '8x'.
Method 2:
If you are able to burn CD’s in Windows Media Player, then I would suggest you to uninstall iTunes completely from the computer, download the latest version of iTunes and install.
Here is the link to download latest version of iTunes:
