where is library located for windows media player?

can anyone tell me the path for the windows media player library?  windows xp explorer.

C:\documents and settings\my name\my documents???

    It depends on where you saved the music files.

    More than likely...

    C:\Documents and Settings&gt;user name<\My Documents\My Music

    Try right clicking a filename and choose...Open File Location.

    Hi,

    The library is the location in the Player that lists all of the music, videos, and pictures on your computer. It lets you easily find and play your digital media files, as well as choose content that you want to burn to a CD or sync to a portable music player.

    To display your library, start the Player, and then click the Librarytab.
