Forza Horizon 3 Error FH501

I have downloaded the FH3 demo and when I opened it it said error FH501 I checked what to do and people told me to check what directX i have, and I did, I checked and I had DirectX12 on my windows 10 computer. Please help thanks

    I went to the link, I found my computer name but I couldn't find "Update Driver"

    Thanks for keeping us in the loop. To further isolate the issue, it would be better if you can provide a screenshot where you can't find the "Update Driver".

    Hi Carlos,

    There are many possible factors as to why you are having this problem. One   of which is having an outdated graphics card driver. To resolve this issue, we strongly suggest that you update your drivers in Windows 10. To do this, you may refer to the link below:
