Acer Aspire Switch 10e SW3-016 troubled by Windows 10 1709 Falls Creator update

Hi,

I have an Acer Aspire Switch 10e SW3-016. Some time ago I updated my computer to Windows 10 1709 Falls Creator update. after that installation, I noticed at least five things that are not working:

  1. touchscreen.

2. WiFi

  1. audio
  2. Bluetooth
  3. rotation feature

I've tried going into the Device Manager and uninstalling the driver but the computer does not detect that there are touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth,  and audio devices. I've also tried to install the drivers provided in https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6460?b=1 but there was no improvement. I've reset the computer many times now with no result either.

What should I to to fix it?

Thank y'all

Somethings not right. Could you try formatting the drive as NTFS then try again?

Thank you for answering my question.

I've tried to download Windows 1703 ISO but the size is too big for Fat32 format of my USB that is required. How can I solve this problem?

    Thank you very much!

Actually what I have is 16 GB, however the problem is not because of the size of my USB, but rather the size restriction of Fat32. The ISO size is more than 4 GB. Do you have any advice for that?

    Thank you!

Can you borrow a larger thumb drive? 8 GBs should be sufficient.

I think you should downgrade to Windows 10 1703.

I'm not surprised you are having trouble with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

There seems to be some early adopter issues at this time with Windows 10 1709, if you can, I recommend you downgrade to your previous version until the Fall Creators Update matures with future cumulative updates.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Recovery > under Go back to my previous version of Windows 10, click Get started.

Press Control + Alt + Delete

    Click Sign out

At the Sign In screen, hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen

Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart

Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced options

Click Go back to the previous version of Windows

If the problem persists or you can’t rollback, I recommend downgrading to Windows 10 1703.

You can downgrade to Windows 10 1703 by downloading the ISO at http://windowsiso.net/windows-10-iso/windows-10...
