That game has an App in the Microsoft Store app in WIndows 10. Did you obtain it from there? If so go to Microsoft Store app in Start Menu list, click on ... Settings elipsis in top right corner, choose My Library to download it again. If it's not there search for it in the Search bar at top of Store, download and install.
