What's a console session?  I can't "sfc/scannow".

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

    It means you need to launch Command prompt with Administrator privileges.

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

    At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow
