Where can I find Internet Options on Explorer Edge? I need to change the password saved settings.

Open the More actions menu in the top right hand corner represented by the three dots.
Click Settings
Click View advanced settings
Scroll down to Privacy and services
Click Manage passwords
Select the website in the list
Type in the password
Click Save
There is no direct equivalent of Internet Options in Edge which used to be there in IE. What you have is More > Three Dots > Settings (There is View Advanced Settings also under Settings)
Please follow either of the advices given by other experts for password.
