Hi,

We would like to clarify the task that you're trying to accomplish. Are you trying to install Windows Updates? If yes, and you're experiencing this error, you can simply run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. This tool will scan issues and will provide automatic fixes. If the issue persists, you may perform the suggested troubleshooting steps provided by Radney Dri, dated last 8th of July 2017, on this thread.
