It wont move even if you try, also its in tablet mode so i dont have a lot of options on how i can fix this problem. I havent used windows 10 before and its kinda strange for me since im unfamiliar with this operating system. So in the end can anyone help me to fix my tablet or know a solution on how to fix it. I'd appreaciate it a lot if someone could help me. Thanks a lot for reading this!

Sorry for the late response. Black screen usually happens when your monitor is unable to detect the video signal output. Since you are using a tablet, some software corruption or a third-party software may be causing this issue. To troubleshoot this, we recommend booting your device in Safe Mode. To do so, follow these steps:

    1. Restart your PC. When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power> Restart.
    2. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    3. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

If you still encounter this issue upon booting your PC in Safe Mode, try performing a clean boot. To do so, follow the steps indicated on this link.

Let us know how things go.

This tablet was given to me by a cousin so i dont know if he has done something to it or not. I was experiencing troubleshoot when tried to connect with the internet. It wouldnt let me connect to the internet even though the connection was pretty good.

So i tried factory resetting the device to its normal state. After resetting the device popped up a message which said that there was trouble resetting and i choose to go with advanced option and to search for a solution.

After that the screen blacked out and since then it wouldnt boot up normally.

Sonetimes when the device is left open it will pop some codes and go black again

You can acess the bios and try to reset the device but it still says it has trouble doing it.

Well thats all for now. Its been a month since then and im still trying to fix it somehow. Hope this could help!
