Rootkit Virus

PLEASE someone help me out with this

So I figured out a few days ago I have a rootkit in my PC, I don't know how it got there but it is. I have used at least 10 different rootkit scanners and virus scanners to help me out. After each time I use one of them, one of the following things happens...1. I run the scan and it tells me I have a rootkit and it will delete it after reboot, then I reboot my PC and nothing happens...2. I run the scan and it fails in the middle of it and my PC reboots...3. I try to open the scanner and it won't even boot up. So after all this I just came to the conclusion that I should just factory reset my PC, well of course I can't even factory reset my PC and I can't update it either.

SO PLEASE someone let me know if they have any idea what I could do to get rid of this rootkit!

Ah thank you! So now that I know that it is actually called a Trojan-Horse I can maybe get somewhere with this, but the problem is how in the world do I get rid of it? I just tried downloading and opening the AVG free trial but it will not even open.

When I scan on Malware-bytes it says it is called RootKit.Agent

I missed this before. I did find this:

Service: orwevlt doesn't even show as malware of any kind when I search.

Did Win10 come with this computer, or was it upgraded from another version? Trying to figure out why you can't reinstall Windows.
