    Hi Hunglin,

Bluetooth devices depend on the compatibility with the computer. If it keeps disconnecting, there may be an interference around your computer and between the devices. To further isolate your concerns, we’d like to ask you a few questions:

    • What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • What is the make and model of your computer that your Bluetooth device connects with?
    • What is the brand and model of the Bluetooth device you are using?
    • Have you already updated its driver?
    • Did you receive any error messages?

In addition, when your Bluetooth audio device doesn’t show up even in the Device Manager or your System Tray, you can visit this link: Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10: FAQ for additional troubleshooting methods. Once there, go to the “Bluetooth doesn’t appear and there are no unknown devices listed in Device Manager. How can I fix this?” section and the follow the steps provided.

Get back to us once you provide us these information.
