I have updated my Computer with the latest updates for Windows 10 and upon restarting I cannot fit the screen image to fit the screen size of my monitor, I have checked that I have the latest upto date driver for theATI Radeon HD 3200 onboard graphics, and I have also checked the settings of my monitor, but I still have a black gap around the screen image and the edge of my monitor screen as it does not now fill the monitor screen, please help with resolving this issue.

I have exactly the same problem with Microsoft having automatically updated me. On going back to a previous windows version screen resolution is perfect 1920 x 1080, annoyingly I walk away and the omnipresent windows 10 automatically updates again and I cant stop it. Rollback of driver is not the answer - rollback of a corrupt windows 10 update that can then not do an automatic update IS THE ANSWER or Microsoft should take into account the HD3200 graphic card - poor show Microsoft. My screen is presently stretched and icons etc look like i'm in safe mode. I also do not have sleep mode anymore and in properties "driver rollback" in device manager, although there, is unavailable to click even though my windows is up to date. Disable driver did not work either..

    Hi,

It's really odd that the resolution of your computer gets affected by the Windows update that occurred on your computer. There's a possibility that Windows 10 doesn't support the older driver model for your display. However, we suggest that you provide us the version number of your computer, or much better if you'll provide us a screenshot of it. We also suggest that you use the rollback function in Device Manager to revert back to the driver that is dated to 2015, this usually resolves this kind of issue. You may also refer to this article to learn how to hide future updates. You can also use this link to download the troubleshooter directly.

We're looking forward to your feedback.

I did system Roll Back this worked and the screen image was ok, but then I installed the updates again and I was then back to the same problem, thank you Microsoft for getting it wrong again!

Just an Addition to this: Yes I have gone into the PC Windows system settings to adjust the screen resolution and tried all the options, it seems that the latest update has now made it impossible to fit the screen image to fit the screen of my monitor, I did system Roll Back this worked and the screen image was ok, but then I installed the updates again and I was then back to the same problem, thank you Microsoft for getting it wrong again!
