Can't update Windows 10 14393 to newer builds (0x80070002)

Hello there

Tryed all things from official troubleshootings - nothing helped.

Updated all my drivers via device manager.

Update is not working even with ISO, without downloading updates. With media creation tool It's just "checking compatibility" and I'm getting a message "try to reset this program".

Here is log:

Tryed clean install to Fall Creators Update.

I had an error, which fixed by disabling second HDD (I have SSD for Windows and big HDD for all information) : ]

So I think I could properly update by disabling 2nd HDD, but I prefered to make clean install, so anyway I have no problems now.

Btw, the system works really better than before with 14393 version. Even got faster internet connection (maybe by better TCP settings), games feels really smooth (looks like Game Mode works perfectly) and reduced input lag.

Windows update troubleshooter always says about potential damaged database, every time it says "fixed", but it doesn't help, same error.

Maybe need to delete previous updates? Because I can't update using media creation tool even from ISO without downloading updates, same problem...

Thank you for the update. If the update gets stuck on a certain percentage, initial troubleshooting is to run Windows update troubleshooter. The said troubleshooter will automatically attempt to repair any broken files or replace lost files within the update.

We’ll be waiting for additional updates on this issue.

    Hi,

This issue could be due to missing files during the download process of the update. To resolve the issue on updating to a certain build, we suggest checking this support article: Windows Update error "0x80070002" or "0x80070003". The provided article contain steps on how to resolve issues with the specific error message you’re receiving on the device during update.

Hi, I tryed all steps - same error. Scan is clear, no corrupted system files. Tryed clean boot - got same error. Used Windows Update Diagnostic - he said that potentially windows updater have damaged data base, but after fix nothing changed.

Used Windows Update, Update Assisstant, Media Creation Tool - nothing :(

Update is always downloading normally, but preparation to instal is stopping in ~75% with error. Media Creation Tool always failing when "Checking that you pc is ready for update. Try to reload instal program", so I can only press "Exit".

Tryed to delete Corsair Link + Corsair Drivers + cleaned registry - still have that text in log.
