Whatsapp and other apps stuck in loading...

Dear windows users,

I have lumia 730 for some while and some days ago my whatsapp and other third party apps doesn't work. They just get stuck in loading... screen. I have had WhatsApp work yesterday for almost all day and then in evening it just get stuck there again and it doesn't open. Today its still not working. I contacted whatsapp - they say its Microsoft OS issue and they are working on it together. I really wouldn't like to do hard reset (I tried  soft reset), I have read that some people have similar issue and that doesn't solve it.

Interesting thing is that my wife has the same phone, same model. But no issues...

I feel its a deal breaker, if there is no solution i will just buy other phone with working OS cause i need those apps working not stuck in loading screen.

Lumia 730

OS build 10.0.14393.1770

Hope for solution.

    Dear Leslie,

I would not put big hopes to this. As from now i m thinking to buy stable phone, nothing of course is secure but in some points, it ridiculous.

Im windows client and if they say that they care about my feedback then it would be solved or at least informed about time (some deadline example - month) in which problem could be solved. Cause I am Microsoft client and i pay them with buying the products they produce. Easy as that.

Im disappointed also in that - phone works and then in evening booom there is apps which i use for work and they dont work...

    Not very trustable.

    I wish you good luck!!!

    Hi,

These mentioned i have tried. I understood between other persons talking here that its OS issue.

I have tried reinstall apps, nothing changed. Turned off wifi, on - no change. Flight mode on/off no change.

But take in account that im simply windows phone user not hacker or tech guy.

What else i should try? Maybe you could suggest me something, as i see in other more active discussion about this problem there still is no solution but people are desperate to know how to solve it. I can wait for some update or i could do back up and reinstall but if im sure that it works (there was people to whom nothing changed) otherwise its not productively spent time.

I would be happy to hear from Microsoft that they are working on this problem so you could include solution in next update.

    thank you for reply!!

Hope to hear from you soon!!!

I did what you told me, but besides the fact that I learned that many others also have the same problem I got no information what to do or when you will resolve the problem.

In fact I am very disappointed in your support.

O.k. you have decided to trash Windows Mobile but if you do so there is no need to spoil the system completely.

As I have no chance to disagree to get updates, I believe that you are responsible to make my phone work again.

All in all it seems to me that MS has a very poor support, as I had - like many others - a pen not working problem on my surface pro after an update and it took weeks to solve it.

Btw. not by MS but through the Community.
