- Go to All apps, search for the Feedback Hub app.
- Open the menu icon at the top left side.
- Select Feedback, then tap the add button (+) at the top right side.
- Select Problem and provide the details needed in the box.
- Select the right category and then submit.

I did what you told me, but besides the fact that I learned that many others also have the same problem I got no information what to do or when you will resolve the problem.
In fact I am very disappointed in your support.
O.k. you have decided to trash Windows Mobile but if you do so there is no need to spoil the system completely.
As I have no chance to disagree to get updates, I believe that you are responsible to make my phone work again.
All in all it seems to me that MS has a very poor support, as I had - like many others - a pen not working problem on my surface pro after an update and it took weeks to solve it.
