The above is in fact regarding Network and Internet issues and has absolutely nothing to do with the Xbox App.

I recently bought an Xbox Wireless Adaptor for Windows. Within days we upgraded our Sky hub to the Q hub which included the 5Ghz band, which has provided far better stability for competitive online gaming.. However...
I've had a plethora of connectivity issues with connections constantly being interrupted and not connecting whatsoever on PC startup. I thought it was a faulty Sky unit initially which it's not as every other device connected on 5G has never had issues. I even went and had my WiFi adapter replaced (TP Link AC 1300 usb 3.0), to no avail.
Eventually I removed the Xbox adapter and it connected immediately. Surprisingly every time the issue occurs and when I disconnect the xbox adapter it connects to the Router straight away without issue every single time. I'll add that connecting via 2.4Ghz to the sky router has never once experienced a connection drop while regularly using the xbox adapter. So it appears to only be effecting the 5Ghz band.
It's starting to become unbearable. So much so i'm tempted to throw out the Xbox Adapter and just deal with wires.. However I'm ideally looking for a solution or suggestions to prevent the connectivity dropouts.
Strangely the Xbox Adapter shows up as 'Ethernet 2' on the network properties.
