Firstly you are running either Symbian S^3 Anna, Belle or Belle Refresh depending upon age of device. Try entering *#0000# upon dialler to elicit result. What is the seven character alphanumeric product code for your E7-00?

Try using this software and see if it can update device: http://microsoft-care-tools.s3.amazonaws.com/NSRT/NokiaSoftwareRecoveryToolInstaller-8.1.25.exe

You will have to install any maps of which 2015 is newest available manually from here: http://nokiamaps.prv.pl/nokia_maps_voices_v_00.02.54.223.html

Ironically Nokia Maps links are still viable at time of writing.

As this is a carrier version 059G8Q4: RM-626 Wind IT Dark Grey most recent firmware is Symbian Belle here:http://cellomania.com/ffu/

Unfortunately Belle Refresh is not available and you would have to consider flashing generic firmware instead or consider CFW such as Delight Belle: https://n8delight.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/e7-delight-v10-all-hardware-keyboards.html

For generic firmware you might like to consider 059F3B4 RM-626 Country Variant Italy IT Dark Grey which is Belle Refresh 111.040.1511 although you would have to install it manually:

doesn't work on my e7....it was stack on 80%    after freeze my laptop 3 times...

so... I have a unresponsive nokia......it buzz 3 time when I intend to reboot it...logo nokia appears..and that's all... please help..... reply to ******@hotmail.com. thanks in advance.

Don't know what Windows version you are using, but would not try dead flash USB using other than Windows 7 or 8.1.
