I'm running Windows 10 (64 bit) on an ACER Aspire E1-570.  On startup, I get the message "C/Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm Atheros\Bluetooth Suite\Modules\ActivateDesktopDebugger\ActivateDesktopDebugger.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.  Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020."

How do I overcome this error?

Download and install the following driver to see if it helps:

    Go to:
    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-p...
Download the Driver listed under Bluetooth.
As Windows 10 and 8.1 share similar hardware models, there should be no issue installing Windows 8.1 driver.
