I think OEM licenses would be fine but Paper license has an upper hand in the corporate environment as whenever you upgrade the Computer architecture in your Company(For example, buying new computers) you would not have to purchase a license. Also, Paper licenses mean licenses for every version of Windows so that you can deploy whatever suits your needs.

OEM licenses are fine for business use. Volume License is really an upgrade that enrolls you into a sort of subscription for new releases of Windows 10 client, but thats kinda murky now with the new servicing model. The OEM license should be more than sufficient without the purchase of a Volume License.

Keep in mind, I think you need to enroll them within 90 days of activating Windows 10 in order for it to be affordable to join Volume LIcensing.

Thank you for Andre you prompt reply, that means if I buy separate OEM license for all my computers that will fulfil the compliance needed from Microsoft and SAM.

When going through forums I saw KPMG and other companies perform audits randomly in offices to check the Licenses of Microsoft. I just need to make sure whenever this happens in my company I am prepared by buying and showing them these OEM licenses .

Also can I trust websites who offers OEM license online - after the payment has been done they provide us the keys through email for OEM licenses.

If the key works on My PC that means my license is genuine right ?

As far as I know OEM licenses can only be used once and only on one Pc at a time and the license cannot be reinstalled on any other pc ever after that.Right. ?

Also can I buy retail msdn licenses separately for Microsoft Professional office for all my pcs.

Question: do you want to purchase 10 computers or just 10 Win10 licenses?

If just the license, OEM is not allowed. When you want to buy hardware, you must buy OEM.

Win 10 Pro OEM is perfect for Business use.

You can buy 1 volume license (however there is a 5 lic minimum) and use that key and ISO for image rollout. The Volume license must be the same edition, version and language as the OEM.

You can also buy within 90 days after OEM(+hardware) purchase 10 Software Assurance Win10 if the SA benefits have any value for you. Check Product Term for SA bennefits.

When you want Win 10 on existing PCs (with older OS. check Product Terms for qualifying OS), you have to buy Upgrade license, with or without SA, in Volume Licensing.
