    Hi Indre. I'm Greg, a volunteer installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

    Amazon backs their purchases so I would contact them via Contact Us Link here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact...;

    If they will not still refund it, contact the manufacturer as there is always a one year warranty during which time they must repair or replace the device. At most they can make you pay for shipping it one way.

    I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

    Could be defective. Is not under warranty you could return it for a refund or replacement?

    Just did a general web search and it seems to be a common problem with this manufacturer.

    You need to return it to Amazon since thats where bought it from. In fact, you should file an immediate complaint with you local Better Business Bureau. And in future, try going for reputable brands. These cheap crappy tablets are not worth it.
