    Hi Mohamed,

For us to properly sort out and assist you with this error, we would like to know the following

    • Have you performed any changes on your computer settings prior to the issue?
    • Were there any updates or programs installed?

In the meantime, we suggest running a disk check on your computer's hard drive. Please run this command:

    1. Press Windows key + R to open a Run window.
    2. Type in chkdsk /r and press Enter.
    3. Allow it to run next time you restart the computer or you may restart your PC now.

You may also check the following links to check for errors and to repair those errors:

Check your hard disk for errors in Windows 7

Run Check Disk from the Command Line.

    Let us know the result.

    Regards.
