For us to properly sort out and assist you with this error, we would like to know the following
- Have you performed any changes on your computer settings prior to the issue?
- Were there any updates or programs installed?
In the meantime, we suggest running a disk check on your computer's hard drive. Please run this command:
- Press Windows key + R to open a Run window.
- Type in chkdsk /r and press Enter.
- Allow it to run next time you restart the computer or you may restart your PC now.
