Connecting two monitors

I need a diagram to show me how to connect the cords for two monitors, explaining what type of cord I need (i.e. blue or white) and where in the back of computer do I place these cords.

    The problem is that we do not know what computer or what monitors.

    Also we do not know what connections you have.

    Do you have any paperwork for the computer?

    Computer is Microsoft Surface Pro 3.  Monitors are Samsung TVs with HDMI.
