Missing the qtCore4.dll

My computer tells me that i miss the qtcore4.dll file.

Where can i download it safe without having to log in to some obscure website with big flashing "download" signs?

I´m trying to download an Adobe-program but nothing happens and i think the qtCore4 has something to do with it.

I´ve got Windows 10 installed on a HP (guess it´s a Dell inside) 64-bit.

Thankfull for help!

    System file check (SFC) is a utility built into the Operating System that will check for system file corruption. The sfc /scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions where possible.

    qtCore4 is part of Electronic Arts Download Manager.

    If you have an error with qtCore4.dll, download and install Electronic Arts Download Manager. to resolve this issue . . .

    Photoshop CC.

    At first you need to download Adobe Creative Cloud to be able to download the rest of the programs.

    I have no problems downloading Creative Cloud but i cant log in to it.

    I´ve successfully downloaded it to my laptop so it´s nothing wrong with my account.

    Hi Stellan, what version of Photoshop (CC, CS . . . .) are you trying to install and what errors are you receiving when you do try to install?
