I have a message embedded on my desktop that says "an error has occured in BitDefender Threat Scanner. You are strongly encouraged to send the file to the developers of the application for further investigation of the error." (I have snipped and inserted a copy of the error miesage.) There is a file in my C drive at C\WINDOWA\TEMP\BitDefender Threat Scanner.dmp. Everytime I get the error message to disappear, it reappears and so does the file in the C
Drive. The message sits in front of all of the other windows and is extremely irritating! Help!!

I have tried to contact spybot with no luck. so the only alternative I can think of is to uninstall it. SUGGESTIONS ANYONE??? Satchmo, did you find a solution?
