While installing Apps getting error unarc.dll missing?

I am trying to install Apps and games on my  Laptop But I am getting the error that unarc.dll missing.

I have tried to do a clean installation but not worked.

Also tried Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

it gives the message that No component store corruption detected.

    But same setup working correctly earlier.

    Due to some reasons I uninstalled them, but now when I am trying to install them again is showing this error.
