Its a new feature that installs with Daemon Tools Lite.

Go to the settings and disable the Catch! feature

It seems to be part of Daemon Tools Lite as per: http://forum.daemon-tools.cc/showthread.php?t=48518

I have two PCs with Daemon Tools Lite installed and the Catch! folder is present on both while my PCs without Daemon Tools Lite do not have the Catch! folder.

Thanks RuebenTT. That really helped allot. I was afraid i had gotten a virus or something. I saw something about sending and receiving files to pc's on my network when i updated daemon tools but i wasn't interested in the features at the time so i skipped it and didn't realize that one of the new features was called Catch. Good looking out ReubenTT!:)
