I tried to use Chinese hand writing input function but the IME was disabled after I updated Windows 10 yesterday.  How can I enable IME?

I had solved this problem.  This is what to do.  Right click on any open space of toolbar, select the function of 'Show touch keyboard button', and it is done.

    • Which version or build of Windows are you running? (Windows 10)
    • How many language packs or input methods do you have on your Windows 10? (English & Traditional Chinese)
    • Are you able to change input method before? (Yes, it showed IME keyboard icon automatically on task bar)
