Disk Cleanup already does a pretty good job along with the successor called Storage sense in Start > Settings > System > Storage > Storage Sense > toggle on and it will do everything for you clean up your disk and keep it optimized.

Also look into the free third party utility called TreeSize that can help find large log files that eat up space and slow down your computer:

The Built in Disk Cleanup is a very handy tool.

As far as 3rd party is concerned, CCleaner is the best.

So disk cleanup is good already, and Ccleaner is best 3rd party cleaner

Hi LEGITMICROSOFTUSER, I am Rob, a volunteer and a 10 time and dual award MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. Please remember as volunteers we are not responsible for the development of Windows or the computer hardware and drivers.

Disk CleanUp does a good job however I prefer the flexibility of CCleaner - Free (though I do not recommend its Registry Cleaner section).

    CCleaner - Free

    CCleaner - Forums

Please let us know the results and if you need further assistance.
