It appears that I can now print to the printer while my wired connection is active.

    Thanks for checking.

    Hi Ralph,

You can setup any device as long as it has a network sharing capability. A printer is one good example. In order to setup your printer to an existing network or new HomeGroup, you will need to add or create it first on a network. For more information regarding this feature, you can visit this link: **HomeGroup from start to finish.**Go to the “Share a printer” section to know how you can setup network printers.

When I plug in the Ethernet cable my wireless connection drops and I can't talk to the printer.  I have to turn off the wired Ethernet to print.  How do I keep them both live?

It's no problem; just setup wireless networking as you normally would. At the moment my PC is on Ethernet and my printers are on WiFi. Everything works fine.

    Connect Your Printer your Computer-

    1. Turn on Your printer's wifi and connect to your router.
    2. Go to Network and sharing (click on ethernet icon on taskbar).
    3. Find the printer name and set as dafault printer.
