    Hi,

The iusb3mon in iusb3mon.dll stands for Intel(R) USB 3.0 Monitor, which is used by Windows to keep track of the functionality and usage of your USB 3.0 ports in the background and look for possible problems. The error that you've encountered appears if this DLL file is missing, corrupted, or incompatible with your current build. We'd like to learn more about your concern so that we could provide the proper resolution. We just have a few questions for you:

    • Which build version of Windows 10 is on your computer? To check, click Start, type winver, and press Enter. For example, 14393.1066.
    • Did you make any changes to your computer before this started happening?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you update the drivers for your USB drivers by following the steps under the section Install Drivers using Device Manager here. You can also check for driver updates on the manufacturer's website.

We look forward to your response and the result of the initial troubleshooting.

I uninstalled the latest security update and reinstalled it. That seems to have stopped the error message from reoccurring. I then updated all the drives for all the items listed in the Device Manager. That process updated a few drivers. However, the issue was resolved before I did the driver updating. Thank you for your help.
