Recently ran into this odd issue where my battery saver option isnt working or appearing to work..

The leaf on the battery isnt showing up, and when i leave it to this option it reverts back to the "recommended". Yes, even when my battery is on 20% it doesnt turn on regardless. Please help !

    Hi,

The exact same thing is happening to my computer. I've done everything you were suggesting but the battery saver still doesn't work and I have no other user profile in my computer.

    Is there other solutions?

Thank you for the information. There are several ways on how to turn On or Off battery saver in Windows 10. We suggest trying the steps below and check If it will work for you:

    Method 1:

    1. Open the Action Center (Windows key + A).
    2. Click on the Battery saver action button to toggle it On or Off.

    Method 2:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on System.
    3. Choose Battery on the left side and turn On or Off the Battery saver status until next charge option.
    4. Close Settings once done.

    Method 3:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click on System.
    3. Choose Battery on the left side and check the “Turn battery saver on automatically if my battery falls below:”.
    4. Adjust the slider to the battery percentage level you want.
    5. Check or uncheck the Lower screen brightness while in battery saver option if you want.
    6. Close Settings once done.

Let us know how this goes.

I've even tried running troubleshoot to see the problem, but no use. I've also followed the directions given the article, however no luck. Still doesn't appear to be on Battery Saver even with the option on
