svchost.exe(LocalServiceAndNoImpersonation -p) Using All of My Network Bandwidth Since Fall Creators Update

Sine the Fall Creator's Update, this process is constantly downloading something.  Is there a way to tell what it is?  Could it be a virus?  Is this something caused by the update?  Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hallo Herr Hepler,

    Sie haben Ihre Ansichten und Beschreibungen oben aufgeführt,  mit Feststellungen die meinen gleich sind .

    Da das Schadprogramm nicht auf dem PC mit mehreren Viren -und 

    Malware - Programmen zu finden ist, so komme ich auch zum Ent

    Das ist ein Internet-gestütztes Programm sein muss.

    Besonders sind meiner Meinung nach betroffen:

    Geprüft habe ich bei Wiedergabe von Musik mit Überwachung

    Ich bin im Task-Manager.

    --Desktopfenster

    • Manager - es ist eine Copy-Aktivität festzustellen,

                                                   nur eine Sekunde später wird das 

                                                   Schad Programm mit Störsprache

                                                   gesandt.

    Zweite Datei:

    • Client-Server-Laufzeit- Prozessor - die Datei svchost.exe (lokal -

                                                               ServiceAndNolm-Vertretung-p)

                                                                Führt aus.

                                                               .

    Ich habe alle Musikdateien auf MP3 konvertiert.Seit der WMP-Player

    als Server eingesetzt wird  im Heimnetz nehmen die Störungen

    Erheblich zu.

    Wie man das System kann mir keiner sagen.Ich hoffte

    von Ihnen vielleicht etwas neues  zu erfahren , zur Abhilfe.
