PowerShell 2.0 is the next generation of the PowerShell command processor. Even if you don't know what that means, some of your software could be relying on it. You could end up relying on it too if you are told to execute a command to fix a problem. It has zero effect on your computer's speed.
What is Windows PowerShell 2.0 and do I need it on my computer?
I primarily use my computer for checking/writing emails, searching the internet, accessing cloud-based spreadsheets & documents, watching videos and downloading some small files, but nothing too technical - can I disable PowerShell on Windows 10? Does it affect the speed of your computer at all?
