I took a screen capture of my wifi driver one time it loaded

It is Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wifi Adapter

 Thanks

What is the make and model of your computer? Did you check if there is an older driver you could use?

Which version of Windows 10 is currently installed? See how to verify:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wik...

Which version and edition Windows did you originally upgrade from?

Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Windows 8.0 Core, Windows 8.1 Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8.0 Pro, Windows 8.1 Pro

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot

    Scroll down

    Click Network adapters

    Click Run the Troubleshooter

When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.

If not, press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Network adapters

    Right click your adapter

    Click Uninstall

Exit Device Manager, restart. Windows 10 should detect the network adapter then reinstall it. Check if you can connect and browse.

    also try:

Open Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status

Scroll to the bottom then click Network reset.

This seems to be a compatibility issue with Windows 10 1709.

I am going to recommend you downgrade to Windows 10 1703.

Step 1: download Windows 10 1703 from the following link:

Step 2: create a bootable copy

Step 3: perform a custom install

    I have Windows 10 1709

I uninstalled the driver and restarted, at the begining it worked I had wifi but I noticed something strange, my pc restarts when the wifi driver starts, now I'm connected with the eternet again because the wifi driver didn't load, it seems windows do not load it because it has an error
