Hello,
We have Volume Licenses for our users in the company who are using office 2016 Pro Plus,
Is there any method to upgrade to office 2019 using the same license?

Thanks in advance.

Based on my knowledge, to upgrade one-time purchase (non-subscription) version of Office, such as Office 2016, we need to buy the latest version, different versions of Office the licenses are different.

As issues of license requirements are not supported on Q&A forum currently, it's better to consult your Microsoft Licensing Solution Advisor/Reseller for advice on licensing options for Microsoft products and services.

    Thanks for your understanding.
