How to turn off the voice control for windows 10

Can any one please tell me how to turn off the narrator voice every time I turn up the volume the voice tells me what I am doing most annoying

    Hi Janet,

    This can happen sometimes if you have accidentally clicked on Ease of Access button and turned it on while your computer is on the lock screen. Follow these steps to turn off the voice narrator on your computer:

    1. Open Control Panel.
    2. Then select Ease of Access.
    3. Under Ease of Access Center, click on Optimize visual display.
    4. Uncheck the box for Turn on Narrator, below the options for Hear text and descriptions read aloud.
    5. Click on the Apply button, then restart your PC.

    This should resolve your concern, let us know if it works.
