    Hi Nicole,

Issues like this are usually due to faulty drivers. In this case, I would suggest that you update the display driver. There are two ways that you can do so:

METHOD 1 - Install a generic version of the display driver.

    1. Go to Device Manager. (Windows key + X > Device Manager)
    2. Expand Display adapters.
    3. Right-click on the display driver, and then select Uninstall.
    4. Restart your PC. The system will automatically reinstall a generic driver.

METHOD 2 - Download and install the display adapter from the manufacturer's website.

    1. Go to Device Manager. (Windows key + X > Device Manager)
    2. Expand Display adapters.
    3. Right-click on the display driver, and then select Uninstall.
    4. Visit the PC manufacturer's website, and then download the display adapter that's specifically for your device.
    5. Run the downloaded file to install the driver.

Let me know how it goes.
