Thank you very much for getting back to me !!!

However, i was just able to solve this issue last night.

i tried the proper codecs as you recommend but it did not help.

i also did all resets possible, tried the apps troubleshooting, uninstalled and installed Windows Photos several times, scanned my computer for any errors, tried opening the files using a different account and nothing worked.....

However, After trying everything i figured out that the problem was related to the way i imported the videos. i deleted everything and imported it again from a USB device and all videos play now.  It was an easy fix for something that seemed like a big problem really hard to solve.

Thank you very much for your help.

i hope my feedback is helpful too!!

    Hi Sonia,

Based on the details you have provided, I recommend that you download the proper codec of the multimedia application that you want to use in accessing your .MOV file. Or you can download a 3rdparty file converter from Microsoft Store to convert your .MOV files to be compatible with the multimedia application you are using.

Let us know if you have any further queries.

    Regards.
