What is the function of "Anycode" in the rightclick dropdown menu?

Hi, i was wondering what the function of the "Anycode" is in the rightclick dropdown menu.

I'm running windows 7, and it looks like this,

Is it something frm Visual Studio?

When trying to open something it gives the folllowing:

I can't find anything about this on google. I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this on, since it might have nothing to do with microsoft.
