Windows Ink is part of the Windows 10 Anniversary Update (1607) up to the latest Windows version. To check the current Windows version installed on your computer, type winver in the search box, then press enter. If the version shows 1607, 1703 or 1709, your computer should have access to Windows Ink. Right-click the taskbar, then click Show Windows Ink Workspace button to enable Windows Ink.

Update us on the outcome so we can provide further assistance.

Should I have installed a specific Windows Version in my HP Elite x2 1012 G12?  I don't have access to Windows Ink in my current installed Windows 10 version.
