pop up ads on hearts/solitaire/ae solitaire games-can I get rid of them

I am sick and tired of having ads pop up at the side of the screen when I am playing hearts/solitaire/ae solitaire games.  How can I get rid of them?  This just started recently and is really making me angry.  Please advise.

    Hi Cynthia,

    When you play a Free game on Windows 10, those games are mostly ad-sponsored. If you want to play Microsoft Solitaire or any free games on your PC, you may upgrade the game to a Premium version by clicking on the Upgrade to Premium button in the game Menu.

    If you are already subscribed to the Premium membership and you are still seeing the ads, you may turn off the Ads on the Privacy dashboard online by signing in to your account on this link.
