How do I remove ByteFence without installing additional software?

Open Control Panel (Or Settings if Windows 10,) You're going to navigate to Programs & Features>Uninstall a program. You should find "Bytefence" listed. Click on it, and click on "Uninstall." If you're on Windows 10, you're going to click on Settings>Apps & Features> Locate Bytefence>Uninstall

If you want to do this without installing some third party tools, you will have to reinstall Windows. The tools are good and safe.
